How to use Heliocare 360 AK Fluid SPF100+

Apply every morning as the final step of skincare, to face, scalp (if relevant), ears and any other at-risk areas.
Use a generous, even layer — do not under-apply. SPF values are measured at 2mg per cm² — most people apply at 25–50% of the required amount.
Reapply every 2 hours without exception during outdoor exposure. For medical-grade protection, consistent reapplication is as important as the SPF number.
